Workshop Overview

Logotherapy, founded by Viktor Frankl, focuses on finding meaning in life, even in difficult circumstances. This workshop will integrate Logotherapy with the practice of a spiritual walk, providing participants with tools to find personal meaning through nature and introspection.

Objectives

1. Understand the principles of Logotherapy;
2. Experience the therapeutic benefits of nature and physical movement; 3. Learn and practice techniques to discover personal meaning during a spiritual walk.

Trainer : Lucia Del Moro is a counselor and educator in the Geneva/Nyon area. Italian and Swiss, Lucia holds a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages from Florence University, a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Geneva and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. She is a licensed counselor (Swiss Association of Counselling – SGfB) specialized in Logotherapy, the existential approach developed by Viktor Frankl.
