Dr. Rosenberger is a Harvard-educated professor who also teaches international Security at the University of Pittsburgh. He has more than 35 years of experience working as a civilian advisor to the U.S. military, the Department of State and the CIA. During his time with the U.S. government, he worked with both generals Lloyd Austin Jr. (now the Secretary of Defense) and David Petraeus and served under both Democratic and Republican administrations.Dr. Rosenberger is a Harvard-educated professor who also teaches international Security at the University of Pittsburgh.
