Who's Winning U.S. Great Power Competition with China and Russia?

Visiting Professor Leif Rosenberger will discuss the power struggle between Russia, China and the United States and how the power balance has shifted in the past several years. This event is for Webster University students, faculty and staff. It is free.

Dr. Rosenberger is a Harvard-educated professor who also teaches international Security at the University of Pittsburgh. He has more than 35 years of experience working as a civilian advisor to the U.S. military, the Department of State and the CIA. During his time with the U.S. government, he worked with both generals Lloyd Austin Jr. (now the Secretary of Defense) and David Petraeus and served under both Democratic and Republican administrations.Dr. Rosenberger is a Harvard-educated professor who also teaches international Security at the University of Pittsburgh.
