Wellness Wednesday: Free Yoga Session

Yoga is the art of connecting mind and body through gentle stretching and breathing exercises which reduce stress, increase blood flow, and improve brain function. Join Meg Gwyn, HR Business Partner and Certified Yoga Instructor, in a Yoga session in the Library Conference Room. *Bring your mat or blanket from home and comfortable clothes.
