#wellnessChef Stephanie Vallo will be on campus in the ISB kitchen Wednesday, October 9th from noon – 1pm. 15 employees are able to participate in person and we will also have a Teams call.
Chef Stephanie will show us how to prepare a quick fall snack, as well as three healthy soups:
Chicken White bean Chili
Creamy (potentially dairy free) puréed squash soup
Vegan Veggie Stew
If you come in person, you’ll be able to sample the prepared soups, so come with an appetite! To ensure we do not exeed capacity, please reach out to benefits@webster.edu if you would like to attend in person.This event is for Webster University employees only.
