Negotiation is an integral part of everyday life. This seminar will introduce you to integrative and distributive negotiation concepts. It will cover topics as negotiation styles, generating alternative solutions, and interpersonal dynamics in negotiation. The seminar will rely on in-class negotiation exercises and self-reflection to develop your negotiation skills.
Two-day seminar. Attendance for four hours Friday Evening, November 2 and eight hours Saturday, November 3 are required.
