Fear cripples, stifles, and hinders performance. Fear also causes negative thinking, avoidance behaviors, poor decision-making, and procrastination. While there are some existent positive effects, fear must be understood, controlled, and conquered. The Fear of Failure, The Fear of Change, and Fear of the Unknown are a few business-related fears that keep individuals from reaching maximum potential and achieving success.
Recognizing that we all have fears that can potentially stagnate us, this seminar will identify and explore the business-related fears and provide strategies to help participants overcome the fears that hinder performance.
