As we close out Domestic Violence Awareness month, let's take time for self-awareness. Yoga is the art of connecting mind and body through gentle stretching and breathing exercises which reduce stress, increase blood flow, and improve brain function. Join Erin Grumly, mental health professional and Certified Yoga Instructor, in a Yoga session on the beautiful lawn of the Alumni House. *Bring your mat or blanket from home and comfortable clothes. Note: If it rains on the day of the session, yoga will be cancelled.
