In our rapidly changing world, creativity and innovation – two strongly interrelated concepts – are key elements of the entrepreneurial success. Companies and organizations today face high challenges that can only be solved by working together in teams. Teams are crucial not only because they bring together a diverse mix of skills and backgrounds, but especially because working as a team creates results that are not possible alone.
The goal of this talk is to introduce the “InnoGame”, a creative learning and development tool for academic and entrepreneurial contexts. We will first briefly explain our understanding of the two key concepts, creativity, and innovation. Then we will present our tool and give a glimpse of the results achieved with it. Finally, we will discuss its application possibilities and limitations. We very much look forward to seeing you at this lecture!
