 ll explore their own personal backgrounds\, in particular beliefs and mess
 ages that shaped their views of people of different nationalities\, colour
 s and/or skin tones\;\n2. What is racism and xenophobia and how do we unde
 rstand power and marginalization in the Swiss context?\;\n\n3. Learn about
  testimonies of racism and xenophobia of students of colour and different 
 nationalities based on recent research in Switzerland\;\n4. Understand the
  impact of racism and xenophobia on students’ wellbeing and school cultu
 re\;\n\n5. Learn about ways of raising awareness and empowering students i
