 r\, Dept. of English\n\nThe English Department and the Writing Center buil
 t a program to bring Writing Coaches into specific WRIT 1010 sections on s
 pecific days to do mini-workshops and provide focused support to students 
 during the writing process for significant assignments. Through these clas
 sroom visits\, students were able to get to know a Writing Coach with whom
  they worked on assignments outside of class. Students were shown how to u
 se the writing resources available to them at Webster as a way to better i
 ntegrate student support structures into the classroom and build a bridge 
 between departments. Learn about the benefits\, challenges\, and outcomes 
 of this program and how a similar program may support you and your student
