Session Description
While the formulation of organizational strategy has been given significant attention by senior managers and in management research journals for decades, the implementation of strategy is widely considered as one of the greatest challenges for organizations. This session will explore and discuss the execution of strategy from the perspective of human capital resources, including the development, motivation, and deployment of human capital to improve strategic capacity. The session will highlight several practices for organizing and managing organizational talent, and introduce points of opportunity for further research in the field.
