The Walker School of Business & Technology is proud to once again host the Spectrum 2025 conference on Friday October 17, 2025.  The theme for this year’s conference is “Business NOT as Usual.”

Spectrum 2025: “Business NOT as Usual” will focus on the innovative ways nonprofit marketing professionals think and work differently to accomplish their goals and move missions forward in today’s “not as usual” business environment.  Attendees will hear from local subject-matter experts, connect with peers, and take away ideas that you can implement in your own role.

The conference will be held in the East Academic Building.  The day-long event will be filled with networking opportunities, best practices in communications and marketing, as well as cutting-edge ideas from leading minds and voices in the St. Louis nonprofit sector.

“Continuing to host the Spectrum conference allows us to provide professional development for our faculty, and staff, as well as networking opportunities with professionals and organizations from St. Louis.   The conference is also a great opportunity for Webster students to interact and learn from nonprofit experts and professionals.”   said Dr. Barrett Baebler, Associate Professor of Management.

Participants have the opportunity to learn throughout the day via 4 different tracks of speakers, as well as two hands-on workshops.  Attendees can join the morning keynote “No Blueprint, No Problem” and participate in the afternoon conference wrap up session.

The conference is provided by Nonprofit Marketers Network – StL and is co-hosted by Webster’s Walker School.

Spectrum is the region’s premier conference for current and aspiring nonprofit marketing communications professionals. The day-long conference, brought to you by Nonprofit Marketers Network–STL and the Walker School, brings together a diverse group of professionals representing 90+ nonprofit organizations, marketing experts, and industry leaders. You’ll learn from some of the leading minds and voices in the nonprofit marketing sector as you gain valuable insights and practical strategies to succeed in today’s evolving nonprofit landscape.

Webster staff, faculty, students, and alumni may attend the conference at a discounted rate of $99.  There is also a limited number of “scholarships” for reduced or free admission.  To get more information about the discount or the conference, please email Dr. Baebler at baeblerb@webster.edu or Denise Harrell at harreldm@webster.edu .  For more information and to register for the conference go to www.npmarketers-stl.org/spectrum
