Pause for (No) Thought: Meditation for Everyone

With finals and the end of the year building up, Campus Ministry hosts a special end-of-term wellness meditative opportunity.

There is a portable canvas labyrinth set up in the Library Conference Room from 11:45 to 1:45 on Wednesday, Dec. 19. "Pause for (No) Thought: Meditation for Everyone" will meet there from 12:15 to 12:45 and we'll do a special meditation using the labyrinth. However, you are also welcome to come earlier or later and walk it on your own (it takes about 10 minutes).

The labyrinth is an ancient design, common to many religions and cultures, in which a circuitous path winds into and back out from a center point. This labyrinth is a 7-circuit Chartres-style labyrinth that is painted on a 24' by 24' piece of poly canvas. It comes close to filling the conference room.
