http://www.webster.edu/seminarsThis course may sound tough but it will explain difficult concepts in a simple and straight-forward way. It is designed to help current and future business managers think more clearly and more broadly. This course explores the basic tools of thinking such as rationality and logic. Students will learn about valid argument forms and false argument forms. Students will explore the important topics of power and ethics. Students will also be introduced to concepts of the great thinkers of the past such as Plato, Aristotle, Machiavelli, and Kant and how their ideas can help modern business leaders think more strategically.
