July 6–10, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. 

Hosted by the Webster University Department of Music, Jazz Camp will focus on small group jazz performance and is open for students entering 8th grade to adults in Fall 2026 with at least one year of study on their instruments.

This is a great opportunity for rhythm section players, soloists, and aspiring soloists to experience a week-long intensive designed to hone the skills necessary to perform with confidence, authenticity, and groove. The week ends with a final student concert on Friday afternoon featuring student ensembles and camp faculty for family and friends!

The camp is for beginning, intermediate and advanced level jazz improvisers and instrumentalists. Music reading skills are necessary for participation in classes and ensembles.
