Changes are accelerating in the workplace. This is due to a range of issues such as the raging war for talent, the quest for better business performance, and the kind of technological advancements that change the way we do business, often to a disruptive extent. Amid this turbulent landscape, many employees are burned out, disengaged and struggling for work-life balance. All these factors require us to take a fresh look at how people experience work.
This seminar will discuss programs, tools and techniques, used in a very practical, experiential setting, resulting in motivated, energized employees, as well as increased innovation.
More specifically, the aim of this timely event will be to discuss, analyze and make recommendations on how to develop entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness and problem-solving techniques which help employees seeking belonging, inspiration, and growth.
