French Conversation Club

The French Conversation Club allows for speakers of French of all levels to meet, interact with, and help each other develop their speaking skill and fluency in French. Tuesday sessions will be for upper-intermediates and advanced speakers. Thursdays will be for beginners and lower-intermediate levels. The sessions are open to Webster University students and the Greater St. Louis area francophones/francophiles. The French Conversation Club allows for networking and “Parrainages” (sponsorships) between students and professionals. These sessions will start virtually on Zoom in September and will continue in-person when the director of the Centre Francophone will return to campus in October. Participation in the French Conversation Club may be counted as an extra-credit opportunity for students. In case they coincide with another Centre Francophone event, a French Conversation Club sessions may be moved or cancelled with prior notice.
