DESCRIPTION
Digital threats such as cyber-attacks, data breaches and phishing have become increasingly common and pose a serious threat to the online reputation of individuals and organisations. Fake news and cyber-attacks have also created distrust in online communication. In this seminar, we explore some of these threats and advise on proactive measures communicators can take to protect or defend the e-reputation of their company or organisation. We also address the challenges of building consumer trust in this uncertain digital environment.
The event will be followed by a question and answer session and a free networking cocktail.
