Jannis Koasidis -
Jannis is a digital marketing professional with close to 15 years of experience. He is a Senior Manager in the Global Digital Excellence team at Bayer Consumer Health, based in Basel, Switzerland. Jannis leads digital marketing transformation in the area of owned touchpoints & creative for Bayer's biggest brands worldwide (i.e. Aspirin, Rennie, Bepanthen), coordinating the strategy work, leading pilots and facilitating implementation at scale. He cooperates with digital teams in more than 70 markets across 5 continents. Before joining Bayer, Jannis worked in global and local roles at Saatchi & Saatchi (one of world's leading ad agencies), digital agencies and Accenture, for clients such as P&G, GSK, Google and Virgin Mobile. He successfully delivered hundreds of digital projects. Originally coming from Poland, Jannis speaks 8 languages and is a graduate of International Relations at the University of Warsaw, having also studied at Universität Bern and World Trade Institute in Switzerland.
Luigi Matrone -
Luigi, Former P&G Global Marketing Manager, leaves the company to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship, technology and innovation creating the eBusiness Institute and later co-founding Smarterchains. The eBusiness Institute’s is Fortune 1000’s end to end partner to invent their own tomorrow. A genuine fusion of bright minds accompanying clients of the likes of Nestlé, Mattel, Logitech, LVMH, Alcon and many others to frame the vision, create the growth strategy, provide creativity and capabilities on the journey to transform the business. Smarterchains is a technology platform that supports manufacturing leaders through the industry 4.0 transformation. Luigi is a Singularity University Alumni and a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community; speaker and trainer for companies and professionals on topics related to business transformation and the future of work.
Pierre Berendes -
Pierre is a digital advertising expert and pioneer. He is coaching brands and mentoring agencies on how to transform their sales and marketing organization. Over the last 20 years, he get a broad experience : trade show with the creation of eCommerce and digital marketing events, coaching start-ups in an incubator, eCommerce & Digital Marketing capacity building for Administration with United Nation in Africa and Asia, Intrapreneur in swiss telco operator to build and run e-commerce & digital transformation, editor while founding the blog ad-exchange.fr, creating a digital agency and selling the company to the first european TV broadcaster (TF1). Based in Geneva, Pierre owns a Master of Sciences in Telecommunication of Telecom SudParis and a MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
Chris Krzysztof Szarski -
Chris Szarski is a marketeer with over 20 years of experience. He started his career in marketing department of a daily business newspaper and after 6 years he moved to digital field. He worked as digital marketing manager in gaming company CD Projekt, and Business Development Manager in largest local social media group. He managed digital departments of Canal+, and UPC with responsibility for digital marketing,eCommerce and web development. In leading digital agency K2 Internet, Chris worked as head of Conversion Growth and Web Analytics, supporting brands such as Volkswagen, Ikea, Carrefour, Toyota Bank, Shell and Nationale Nederlanden. Chris was a speaker at several conferences related to Digital Marketing and eCommerce and as an Internet Advertising Bureau expert Chris was a leader of a Marketing Automation conference program council with speakers from companies as IBM, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Forrester, and Deutsche Telekom.
