Recruitment is a time for individuals interested in joining DPhiE to learn more about our sorority and meet our members. Recruitment will give all our members the opportunity to meet you and learn about you while giving you a chance to meet us, learn about DPhiE's History, learn about what we stand for, and have a great time hanging out!

We welcome all women and non-binary individuals who are comfortable in a woman-centered space to join us on all three nights of our recruitment. In order to be eligible to get a bid at the end of recruitment, you must attend at least 2/3 nights of recruitment!
