  to justify success for people of color. Additionally\, we will discuss em
 erging research on the racialized impostor phenomenon\, highlighting how s
 ystemic and societal factors contribute to these experiences. By unpacking
  these dynamics\, this Curious Conversation aims to foster a nuanced under
 standing of merit\, inclusion\, and psychological well-being in today’s 
 evolving landscape.
