Under the direction of James A. Martin (Webster University, St. Charles Community College-Assoc. Professor/Director of Instrumental Program) and Jeff Pottinger (St. Louis University High School), you will participate in ensembles, master classes, and special events while learning important practice and audition preparation techniques. Work with specialists on your instrument, meet and play music with students from around the bi-state area, and interact with professional musicians from the St. Louis area. The week concludes with a full concert by the entire band.  Two band levels may be offered, pending enrollment.

Grades:  Students entering grades 7 - 12 in Fall 2018

Requirements:  one year participation in a school band program or at least one year of private instruction.

Auditions Dates: (to determine placement) Saturday, May 19, Monday, May 21, and Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
