The St. Louis Higher Education Sustainability Consortium will be hosting a virtual workshop on regional recycling challenges and solutions from 7:30a to 9:30a. Speakers from Republic Services, the Earthways Center and Earth Day 365 will be fielding questions and facilitating discussion on the tipping point we are seeing in our regional and national waste systems, and the best ways to move forward with effective, easy-to-use recycling programs. The virtual platform will provide the opportunity to share challenges, best practices and lessons learned with custodial staff from other area campuses.

Seeing as the event is virtual and take place at many campuses at once – the Webster location is the UC Conference Room on Thursday, March 7^th from 7:30 am to 9:30a.
