 er will be presented by Dr. Maryvelma Smith O'Neil. \n\n \n\nJerusalem is c
 omprised of twenty-five archaeological strata and nearly thirty major histo
 rical periods. It is a treasure of historical\, archaeological\, human and 
 religious significance possessing enormous symbolic value and evoking deep 
 passion. The Hara al-Maghariba (Moroccan Quarter)\, which was integral to t
 hat pattern from 1193 until 1967\, is the focus of a pilot digital mapping 
 project.\n\n \n\nThe next phase will digitally map the 3D Illés Relief of J
 erusalem (1873). As a dynamic digital map-cum-virtual archive\, accessible 
 through an interactive website\, it will create and display new narratives 
 of engagement for stakeholders\, policy makers and a global audience.\n\n \
