Political polarization is often framed as a domestic challenge, but its effects extend far beyond national borders, reshaping the dynamics of global security. A panel led by International Relations professor Dani Belo and students from the Global Policy Horizons Research Lab examine how deepening political divides and societal fragmentation weaken societies, cause inter-state conflicts, and erode the international system.
