Career Services is hosting a LinkedIN workshop on Monday, October 1^st from 1 to 2 pm in the LLC Commons and again from 5 to 6 pm (special session for graduate students and alumni).

During the workshop you will learn:

• what is LinkedIN and why is it important for university students
• the difference between LinkedIN and other social networking sites
• how to build an attractive LinkedIN profile even if you do not have work experience
• how to use the site to connect with professionals and build your network
• about the powerful research functions of LinkedIN which can help you find out more about the industries, jobs and companies you are interested in
