Workshop: Internet of Things

Internet of Things (IoT) is becoming a reality quickly. By 2020 more than 10 billion devices excluding the smartphones and tablets will be connected to internet. IoT is in the heart of the digital economy and it opens up many possibilities which touches all of us. The business, service industry, and non-profit organizations are changing.

In collaboration with IoT Academy and RDM Makerspace, Webster University Alumni Association has arranged "Introduction to IoT workshop" to give you firsthand experience of the exciting world of IoT.

During the workshop, you will discover what the Internet of Things is and how your organization can work more efficiently using IoT. Within an hour you will develop your own personal smart doorbell, vase or trash! Together we think about new business models and how you can create more value for customers. Also, we will have an opportunity to network with other alumni and exchange ideas.

Because the workshop is designed to give hands-on experience, we can take limited participants. So, please register for the event as soon as possible.
