Reading with Novelist Curtis Sittenfeld

The Webster University English Department invites you to a reading by Curtis Sittenfeld - a major novelist with international stature who has been getting a lot of press in the last year or two. Sittenfeld's most notable books include Prep, which was lauded by the New York Times as one of their five notable books of fiction for 2005, and Eligible, a modern re-telling of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice published in 2016.

There will be drinks and snacks and books for sale that the author would be happy to sign.

Sittenfeld's reading is part of the English Department's Visiting Writers' Series, which was established in 1986. For more on her works, please visit www.curtissittenfeld.com.
